WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects, ideally in commercial or data-driven environmentsProven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, and delivering business impact in dynamic settingsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategiesExperience in project planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder engagementProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for planning and reporting purposesExperience in process optimization, performance evaluation, and ROI analysisExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans, drive execution, with the ability to influence decision-makersA proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and collaborativelyAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationshipsEnglish (business communication proficiency
