WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

3+ years of experience in business analyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex dataAbility to craft compelling narratives from data insights to effectively communicate findings and influence decision-makingProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointBasic knowledge of DAX & SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and data management softwareExperience with data analysis and reporting, including ROI analysis and performance evaluationExperience in automating data processes and developing scalable, consumer-centric data analysis methodsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholdersProactive and self-starting approach to investigating consumer behaviors and iterating processesAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationshipsEnglish (business communication proficiency)

Support End-to-End Analytics Projects: From gathering business needs to validating hypotheses, delivering outputs, visualizing data, and generating actionable insightsEnhance Data Visualization and Storytelling: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear insights and support key business activities, effectively communicating data storiesNavigate Complex Technology Infrastructures: Identify necessary sources and tools, and understand diverse technology landscapesDevelop Data Flows: Create logical and conceptual data flows that support project requirements and advise on effective data usageTrain and Orient End Users: Provide training and orientation to ensure end users are proficient with new systems and processesSupport Projects and Stakeholders: Maintain documentation, support line managers, and update stakeholders on project status and risksSupport Automation and Optimization processes: Automate and streamline data collection, transformation, and analysis processes to improve efficiencyCollaborate Across Teams: Work closely with various departments to ensure data solutions meet business needs and drive cross-functional successSupport Innovations and Improvements: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data analysis methods and tools, staying ahead of industry trends
