We are looking for Commercial Scaffold Apprentices. **Key Responsibilities:** + Actively participate in BrandSafway's Employee Intervention System (EIS). + During scaffold dismantling, from the ground, receive materials and place into a rack for transport back to the scaffold yard + During scaffold erection, unload and stage materials as directed and pass material to a scaffold crew from the ground + Effectively communicate with crew members and supervision + Exercise Stop Work Authority when an unsafe conditions are witnessed. + Maintain a clean and organized jobsite free from any unnecessary hazards associated with the work being performed by a scaffold crew + Organize and maintain a scaffold yard, including the unloading of racks after the dismantling of a scaffold + Participate in the Job Safety Planning (JSP) process + Perform all assigned duties on a jobsite, as directed by supervision **Qualifications:** + Basic oral communication skills are required + High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent + Some scaffolding experience is preferred. + The ability to do basic math is desired BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $41,600 - $58,240 annually/hourly.
