The Outside Sales Associate, reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager, will play an active role in selling and developing accounts within the B2B Commercial sales team. You will achieve their sales objectives through effective planning, goal setting, cold calling, prospecting, developing quotes, presenting, closing builder/new home construction accounts. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this successful candidate will also help deliver sales through other developing trade channels for major appliances, and home furnishing/electronics.

Drive B2B commercial market share growth with a focus on premium and luxury premium appliance, electronics, home furnishings etc.Meet targets, performance plans, in cooperation with the Commercial Sales ManagerMeet with Regional Commercial Sales Manager one-on-one, to review performance, progress, and targets. (Weekly)Utilize Saleforce as the central CRM system to manage leads and develop quotesProvide expertise on high end appliances across varying brands to prospective clients depending on applicationAnalyze sales data for the market and develop plans to address and sell to any gaps.In cooperation with the Commercial Sales Manager, create innovative programs for upselling and implement innovative go-to-market strategies in an effort to solicit more sales opportunities within the builder / developer industry and or related trade channels.Daily Activities
Cold calling and prospecting to generate leadsDevelop sales presentations for presentation to prospectsEnsure on-site presence for all site deliveries ensuring schedules are being met.Resolve any customer issues and customer complaints developing solutions and making recommendations to managementWork in liason with commercial sales customer care team to deliver exceptional client experience to our customers both B2B commercial customer and individual.New business development in harmony with divisional goals and KPI’s Why The Brick?
