MAU is hiring a Commercial Roofing Superintendent for our client in Savannah, GA. As a Commercial Roofing Superintendent, you will lead, supervise, and execute commercial roofing installations with a focus on safety, quality, and production efficiency. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Essential Functions Review job files, drawings, scope, materials, and labor budgets with manager Ensure all safety protocols and equipment are in place and properly used Supervise and support crew daily on safety, quality, and productivity Maintain job site cleanliness and organize material needs Coordinate and complete manufacturer training Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting defective tools as needed Submit daily reports, time sheets, and other required paperwork Ensure overall quality control, including water tightness and proper cleanup Handle punch list and project closeout activities Install roofing systems, panels, flashing, gutters, curbs, and wall coverings Take measurements, apply trim/panel layouts, and perform soldering Install insulation, vapor barriers, and various roofing materials Cut and fit metal, shingles, and flashing into tight intersections Operate tools and mechanized equipment safely Identify and repair roofing defects and apply sealants and coatings Inspect materials and ensure compliance with roofing standards Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Working Conditions Work in extreme weather conditions (above 90°F or below 32°F) Exposure to high noise, contaminants, hazardous materials, and heights Work involves risk of minor injuries and requires strict adherence to safety procedures Physical Demands Standing for extended periods Frequent climbing, lifting, balancing, and walking Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly Requires repetitive movements, bending, kneeling, crawling, and crouching Visual acuity for detailed close-range work
