You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Duties and Responsibilities:Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)Roof maintenance and repairsPerform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.Maintain professional interaction with all customers.Manage commercial roofing systems, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as neededRequirements:Must be at least 18 years old3+ years experience working on commercial roofing systemsA valid driver's licenseMust be able to lift 50+ pounds regularlyMust be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditionsAbility to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.Technology savvy.Working Conditions:Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders.
