Description
Maintain active Commercial Real Estate business development effort through client and prospect calling, referral source motivation and community involvement. Timely recording of sales and approve credits within given authority. Present credit offerings to senior management and be able to respond knowledgeably and confidently to management.
Primary responsibilities include:
Identify, maintain, and grow relationships with institutional real estate companies that primarily focus on Data Centers, REITs, and Master Repurchase Facilities, including delivering the Bank’s full product suite, services, and capabilitiesPrepare recommendations for structuring loans, including syndications strategies, based on specific customer requirementsPrepare necessary documentation to support the loan transaction process to include loan origination, structuring and execution of large, complex transactionsPerform necessary activities associated with the generation and assessment of new loans, includes risk assessment, generating targeted returns from investments, structuring credit terms, coordinating due diligence efforts, and may be responsible for marketingSupport Portfolio Management team with various ongoing credit management Establish and cultivate Bank and Institutional Relationships across the Financial Services SectorAct as the primary contact representing the organization in key client relationshipsRequirements:
Minimum of 10 years experience in Commercial Real Estate banking, Data Center and/or REIT sector experience preferably with a top ranked institution.Strong credit acumen and superior Data Center market risk knowledge.Effective communications and influencing skills.Proven resiliency and flexibility to support the Bank’s changing key priorities.Demonstrated burning desire to succeed and drive business.Education, Certification, and/or Other Professional Credentials:
A four year business degree with successful completion of a credit training program, MBA helpful but not requiredHours & Work Schedule

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $231,750 - $275,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, relevant skills, and experience.
