We are working with a well-established regional law firm in Shropshire that is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their busy and friendly Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality commercial property work for a strong mix of local and regional business clients. The Role You will advise a broad client base, including SMEs, developers, investors, and landowners, on a wide range of commercial property matters. The role provides the chance to work on both straightforward and more complex transactions, with the support of an experienced team.
