What you'll do:

Manage a varied caseload encompassing all aspects of commercial property work including acquisitions, disposals, leases, developments, investments, and landlord and tenant matters. Work closely with senior practitioners to deliver high-quality legal advice on complex transactions for clients ranging from large corporates to charities and public sector bodies. Support the ongoing development of junior solicitors, trainees, and paralegals through mentoring, supervision, and sharing your expertise within the team. Engage proactively in business development activities to nurture existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth within key sectors. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different offices nationally to ensure seamless service delivery on multi-jurisdictional or large-scale projects. Ensure compliance with information security protocols as well as all firm policies and procedures in every aspect of your work. Contribute positively to the team’s inclusive culture by participating in knowledge-sharing sessions and supporting diversity initiatives within the division. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and market trends affecting commercial property law to provide informed guidance to clients. Demonstrate excellent organisational skills by managing competing priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all documentation and communications.

What you bring:

At least one years’ post-qualification experience gained at a leading property practice with demonstrable expertise in commercial property law. A strong academic background evidencing intellectual rigour combined with practical problem-solving abilities relevant to complex transactions. Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels as well as build trusted relationships with clients. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
