What you'll do:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor based in Bath, you will:

Oversee a varied portfolio of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, lease renewals, and ongoing lease management for clients ranging from local enterprises to national organisations. Provide authoritative guidance on property finance transactions and development projects whilst ensuring adherence to all pertinent regulations and best practices. Support corporate transactions by furnishing timely and precise property-related advice as an integral member of wider deal teams within the firm. Engage collaboratively with colleagues in planning, litigation, construction, and residential departments to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to each client’s unique requirements.
