Insight Global is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to oversee several Class A retail and office spaces in Southeast DC. You will be responsible for all day-to-day financial and operational aspects of the properties, providing customer service to the tenants while serving the interests of the client and protecting investment in the asset. Its a fully on-site position, and parking is included.

Responsibilities:
Supervises maintenance staff, a Property Administrator and various contractors personnel.
Works closely with owners, leasing agents, tenants and vendors
Oversee vendor relationships, contract maintenance, tenant communications
Manage monthly financial, budgets, income statements.
Preparing the annual operating budget and then managing income and expenses in compliance with the client approved budget.
Works with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure that properties operate in a safe and efficient manner.
Preventative maintenance coordination (via vendors and Fernando).
Monitor vendor performance and competitively bids all service contracts.
Expected to be responsive after-hours for urgent issues (not physically on-site)
