 Job DescriptionJoin a well-established, privately owned commercial real estate firm as a Commercial Property Manager. This full-time position offers the chance to manage the daily operations of a high-rise office building in Houston. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining building compliance, overseeing vendor relationships, managing budgets, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day operations of a high-rise office property
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial reports, and expense reconciliations
• Oversee tenant build-outs, capital improvements, and approve related invoices
• Secure and manage contracts for services such as security, maintenance, and landscaping
• Handle tenant concerns, collections, and ensure building compliance with local regulations Qualifications and Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred
• Texas Real Estate Broker or Salesperson license preferred
• Previous experience in commercial property management highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of lease agreements, budgeting, and vendor oversight
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MRI and Yardi is a plus Benefits and Perks:• $75,000 annual salary
