Join a young, dynamic team driving the Market & Commercial Management in the global Aftermarket Passenger Car business. We play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial activities within Global Sales OES Passenger Car, delivering visible value and seeing the direct results of our work. What can you look forward to as Commercial & Project Manager OES (m/f/d)?

Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize profitability, ensure price harmonization across regions and products, and continuously monitor and adjust pricing performance based on market analysis and customer behavior. Overseeing and coordinating all commercial activities, implementing best-practice processes, and evaluating and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Supporting internal and external audits in compliance with existing policies and guidelines. Reviewing and optimizing current processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Your profile as Commercial & Project Manager OES (m/f/d):

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with:

A high school or university education in economic fields 3+ years of experience in a similar position in the field.  Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Controlling/Pricing/Sales Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
