Commercial Project Manager, FFE ASIA, P&B (6-months Contract)
**Job title** – **Commercial Project Manager, FFE ASIA, P&B (6-months Contract)** **Location** – Singapore **Your key responsibilities** + Commercial Support + Provide support for the Fine Fragrance Account Manager & Commercial Director + Support ACM in managing specific clients and projects for The Philippines Market + Manage specific projects for the region from start to finish : Keeping systems & spreadsheets updated, following the processes and timelines advised + Assist in rolling-out projects with other departments and collecting feedback internally and externally + Routine engagement with clients – mainly via email + Issue customer pricing & maintaining pricing files + Answer the customer needs by using DSM-Firmenich internal resources : documentation creation and filing skills + Assist in the preparation of client presentations and visits + Contribute to development and implementation of Fine Fragrance Strategy Global Coordination + Work closely with the team in Singapore and Globally – Marketing, Fragrance Development, Technical etc. + Participate in connectivity, synchronization and integration projects. + Contribute in all activities related to development and implementation of strategies + Coordinate projects, promotional calendars and requests + Generate Monthly Internal Report for ANZ (sales, pricing, profitability, new launches, organizational changes, projects, other special reports) **We offer** + **Unique career paths across health, nutrition and beauty** - explore what drives you and get the support to make it happen. + **A chance to impact millions of consumers every day** – sustainability embedded in all we do. + **A science led company, cutting edge research and creativity everywhere** – from biotech breakthroughs to sustainability game-changers, you’ll work on what’s next. + **Growth that keeps up with you** – you join an industry leader that will develop your expertise and leadership. + **A culture that lifts you up** – with collaborative teams, shared wins, and people who cheer each other on. + **A community where your voice matters** – it is essential to serve our customers well. **You bring** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Management, Marketing, Economics) + At least 5 years of Perfumery/ingredients sales experience or related fields in international environment + Passion for the fragrance industry + Strong organizational skill, detail oriented and dynamic individual. Self-starter with ability to take leadership on project management.
