What are my responsibilities?

Ensures compliance with Siemens FRG and local GAAP requirements Ensures accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project books and records and monthly closing, incl. recording of such in appropriate systems, e.g. SAP Prepares commercial documentation for regular project status meetings and ensures the accuracy of the commercial project data (e.g. Cost Calculation, Cash Flow) Identifies and manages in- and external stakeholders based on project needs (e.g. suppliers invoices, top management reporting ..etc.) Identifies, assesses, responds, monitors, reports, escalates all commercial risks, e.g. gross profit changes, tax, insurances, hedges Proactively drives and negotiates opportunities to improve gross profit within ongoing project Manage financial planning and reporting cycles in line with stated guidelines and policies and drive improvement initiatives based on profound financial analysis. Manages efficient communication with relevant stakeholders and solves conflicts

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or any equivalent field. Minimum 7 years of experience in a corporate environment. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Excellent work ethic, combined with a professional attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and effectively collaborate with a manager located in a different location. Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and time management. Fluency in English language both written and spoken.
