**What you will do** + Define program scope and structure: Collaborate with business leaders to establish clear objectives and execution roadmaps. + Lead stakeholder engagement: Build and execute stakeholder plans to ensure strong alignment across commercial, operations, and leadership teams. + Drive strategic planning and execution: Manage program lifecycle from planning to delivery using PMO tools and best practices. + Deliver high-impact results: Prioritize initiatives aligned with organizational goals and ensure timely, quality-driven outcomes. + Manage program schedules and budgets: Oversee milestones, critical paths, and financial efficiency through structured planning. + Mitigate risks proactively: Identify, assess, and implement strategies to minimize potential risks and ensure program resilience. + Ensure high-quality standards: Develop quality frameworks and leverage tools to maintain program excellence. + Communicate across a global matrix: Influence and inform diverse stakeholders through clear, strategic communication. **What you need** **Required:** + Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, business, finance, engineering or a related field. + Minimum 8 years of relevant business experience in operations, corporate functions, sales or marketing. + Minimum 5 years of experience in project management. + Fluency in English. **Preferred:** + PMP or PgMP or equivalent preferred. + Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. + Experience in the industry ideally medical devices or pharmaceutical sector. + Experience in change management.
