As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the holistic “customer experience;” and ensuring high-quality delivery of new and existing contracts in the Commercial territory. You will serve as the integrator for the client and the TRSS team by fully understanding the client’s mission and how to leverage TRSS solutions to support their objectives most effectively.
About the Role:
As a Program Manager, you will also contribute to a variety of areas including:
Strategic management and oversight of day-to-day customer needs and interactions of large and/or complex projects (i.e., client kickoff, regular status meetings, trainings) including, but not limited to, deals that require services from multiple TR business units, customized deliverables, and detailed security requirements.
Providing customer demos of TRSS tools and capabilities.
Assisting and pursuing new sales when applicable.
Attaining assigned client retention and sales goals.
Directing and managing Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to prospective clients in close coordination with the TRSS delivery teams including the analysis and product/technical business units.
Manages processes within the successful implementation of complex deals.
Serves as an extension of Sales, Analysis, and Product/Tech team on the ground; has a strategic view of customer challenges and regularly identifies opportunities to funnel back to the Managing Director, Business Development Directors, Analysis, and Product teams.
Understanding of Finance, Legal, Contracting, and Security requirements.
Works across the business to prepare quality Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for select projects, capturing major success stories, customer challenges, and future opportunities.
Works as a member of a team with the Managing Director and Business Development Directors in prioritizing efforts.
Collaborates closely with the Analyst Managers and Technical team to problem-solve optimal solutions.
Supports the Commercial Managing Director and Business Development Directors in all areas including developing strategy for the Commercial Territory.
Directs the development of proposals leading RFP, RFI, and RFQ opportunities across the business line and responding to both internal and external challenges that arise with new and existing customers.
Communicates with the TR Risk Representatives and TR’s Global Large Law Firm Representatives on new opportunities to ensure joint opportunities have merit and align with TRSS goals and priorities.
About You:
You’re a good fit for the role of Program Manager if you have:
Bachelor’s degree – equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of 5-10 years of client related experience.
Strong familiarity with the broad suite of Thomson Reuters proprietary data sets and technology.
Program, Project, and/or contract management experience preferred.
Works well with teams and driving disparate groups toward common client goals.
Ability to effectively communicate and relate to multiple levels of a client's organization.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance.

The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $208,880 - $387,920.
This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
