As a critical function within the digital organization, the team leads the commercial rhythm across product strategy, site merchandising, content, and product activation. The Product Specialist plays an essential role in connecting customer insight with product performance, supporting seasonal planning, and contributing to cross-functional alignment on execution. **The Position** As **Commercial Planner – Calvin Klein E-commerce** , you will play a key role in driving the commercial strategy and execution for the Calvin Klein EMEA eCommerce business. Partnering closely with the Commercial Director, you will own the commercial calendar, ensuring product priorities and trading actions are aligned with customer behavior, business needs, and campaign moments. Success in this role requires balancing **commercial planning and in-season trading** with strong **analytical capabilities** . You will translate data and insights into clear commercial actions, guiding product visibility, assortment choices, and trading strategies. Working cross-functionally with Buying, Site Merchandising, CRM, Marketing, and Finance, you will ensure that commercial initiatives are insight-driven and deliver growth, conversion, and profitability. **Key Responsibilities** + Build and maintain the commercial calendar, aligning product priorities with marketing, CRM, and campaign timelines. + Partner with Finance and Planning to ensure sales forecasts, budgets, and margin targets are integrated into commercial strategies. + Support scenario planning and post-mortem analysis to optimize future trading decisions. + Contribute to markdown planning and product prioritization during key commercial moments. + Monitor consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities, risks, and whitespace. + Produce regular performance and insight reports that inform commercial planning, trading decisions, and seasonal buys. + Analyze product sell-through, inventory, conversion, returns, and margin to guide weekly and monthly trade actions. + Partner with the Buying team to align seasonal buys with customer insights and performance trends. + Define assortments across channels and regions, ensuring local relevance and commercial strength. + Spot emerging bestsellers, product gaps, and new category opportunities through early performance trends. + Deliver product prioritization packs for campaigns and events, including new launches and hero product pushes. + Support storytelling through product selection for onsite experiences and customer journeys. + Help establish a product trading review rhythm that drives continuous improvement and faster commercial reactions. **Measures of Success** + Product Performance: Conversion, sales uplift, and sell-through of prioritized products + Commercial Contribution: Value-added to buy planning, campaign readiness, and stock management + Collaboration: Feedback from cross-functional teams, especially Buying and Site Merch + Insight Quality: Timeliness, accuracy, and actionability of product and customer insights + Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and articulate trends, risks, and growth levers **Ideal Candidate** + 3+ years in eCommerce, merchandising, buying, or commercial planning + Skilled in Excel and reporting tools; familiarity with GA, Adobe, + Skilled in data visualization tools (tableau, Power BI, Looker)  + Buy, Planning or Data Analytics experience + SQL and Python experience is a plus + Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods preferred + Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight + Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment + Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus + Bachelor’s degree or higher degree or higher in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field is a plus At PVH, how we act is as important as what we do.
