Commercial Partnerships Manager

Whats more, youll find all these great shows (and more) on our free-to-air channels (10, 10 Bold, 10 Peach, Nickelodeon), our digital platform 10 Play that also includes a vast array of Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV known as FAST (including numerous MTV and Nickelodeon channels), and our subscription video on demand service Paramount+._ **This is a Permanent Full-Time role based in Melbourne.** Were on the lookout for a **Commercial Partnerships Manager** to drive premium revenue across our Melbourne client base, with a strong focus on iconic tentpole programs like _MasterChef_ , _Survivor_ , _Have You Been Paying Attention?_ , and _Im a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!_ across our broadcast and digital platforms. Reporting to the Group commercial Partnerships Manager this role owns the full partnership cycle from brief to proposal, campaign execution, performance analysis, and renewal. It also plays a key national role in pricing Tier 1 programs, tailoring commercial solutions, and preparing compelling renewal packages aligned to client objectives. **What Youll be doing:** + Responding to client briefs with creative, insight-driven solutions that align with campaign goals + Crafting best-in-class proposals and confidently presenting ideas internally (sales meetings) and externally (clients and media agencies) + Collaborating with key internal teams to ensure strategic and commercially sound responses + Working across broadcast, digital, and production to deliver integrated, cross-platform responses to briefs and proactive opportunities + Partnering closely with the platform sales team to identify and grow premium revenue, especially within high-profile programming + Leading pricing strategy for tentpole content, including schematics, renewals, short-term packages, and national rate queries + Delivering post-campaign feedback to the Paramount Brand Studio team, identifying solutions to optimise future partnerships + Overseeing seamless implementation and high service standards throughout the life of each campaign + Building and nurturing relationships with clients, media agencies, and internal teams to ensure the best commercial outcomes + Ensuring adherence to Paramounts Global Business Conduct Statement and all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards **About You What You Bring** + A degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field + Previous experience in media, advertising, or a similar fast-paced commercial environment + Client-first mindset with a strong drive to exceed expectations + Confident and polished communication skills, both written and verbal + Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (Microsoft Office suite) + Exceptional presentation and storytelling ability + Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills + Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-energy environment + Creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure + A team playerwho is professional, approachable, and collaborative in your working style **Bonus (but not essential)** + Experience in media sales or integrated partnerships **Paramount ANZ is proud to be recognised by Diversity Council Australia as a 2024-2025 Inclusive Employer.** Paramountembraces differences and we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds regardless of factors such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property or birth.
