YOUR TASKS
\nMain Tasks & Key Responsibilities:
\nRole Purpose
\nLead a team to handle customer insight (research), business intelligence, forecasting and business performance analysis as well as the development and implementation of products, solutions and programs aimed at delivering revenue and profits for the country
\nAccountabilities
\n\nImplement new and aligned products / services and specified sales projects / programs\nConduct business analysis and provide input to Management on business and product performance (KPIs), marketing mix and positioning in marketplace.\nProvide expertise and advice based on marketing and business intelligence to ensure country marketing strategiesare developed and implemented to achieve goals\nIdentify opportunities that significantly drive revenue and profit through marketing intelligence gathered from analytical reviews process\nWork with regional and country managers to develop product communication, research and implementation plans for core product programs, sales project / programs\nConsolidate all analysis into regular reporting schedule for review by relevant functional and senior management.\nIdentify training needs and career development opportunities to drive a high-performance team.\nDevelop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.\nDevelop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness.\n\n\nYOUR PROFILE
\n\n10 years’ relevant experience with 2 years in managerial role, preferably in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies.\nGood rapport building skill.\nAble to communicate with all level of internal and external stakeholders.\nA valid driving license is required.\n\nRequired Skills & Capabilities:
\n\nHighly developed experience in the field of retail sales with demonstrated understanding of and exposure to all elements of the retail trade and outlet management.\nTeam-player and proven leadership and influencing skills.\nPerseverance to bring issues to logical conclusion.\nSales orientation.\nStrong English (written and spoken) comprehension and communication skills are essential. \nDegree in Business Administration or related disciplines.\n\n
