Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Approach:Conduct comprehensive capability assessments across commercial functions to identify skill gaps, prioritize initiatives, and guide targeted deployment.
Design and maintain a forward-looking commercial capability roadmap aligned with business priorities, evolving market dynamics, and channel-specific strategies.
Collaborate with Commercial and Brand teams to integrate capability development into both annual and long-term strategic planning.
Align development plans with channel heads to ensure relevance, maximize impact, and support the achievement of strategic business objectives.
Monitor the execution and effectiveness of capability building programs, leveraging performance data and stakeholder feedback to recommend strategic adjustments and ensure sustained organizational excellence.
Training & Development:Design, plan, and continuously evolve the learning portfolio and tools to maximize effectiveness and build competitive advantage through enhanced professionalism and improved functional and soft skills across the Commercial Organization.
Create and maintain tailored learning curricula for different roles and seniority levels, ensuring relevance and alignment with capability needs and business priorities.
Design and manage onboarding programs for new commercial hires to accelerate time-to-performance and embed core capabilities from the start.
Lead or coordinate the delivery of workshops, e-learning modules, and blended learning experiences to ensure impactful and scalable capability development.
Continuously gather and apply the latest learning methodologies and delivery techniques, managing the learning process, materials, and attendance profiles to optimize engagement and outcomes.
Digital Learning SolutionsLeverage digital tools and platforms (e.g., Learning Management Systems, mobile learning, microlearning) to scale capability deployment and enhance accessibility across the Commercial Organization.
Support remote learning solutions (e.g., Fuse, We Care) to optimize the synergy between digital platforms and traditional learning formats, ensuring a balanced approach between in-class and on-the-job development.
Design and adapt e-learning modules and learning plans based on organizational development needs, tailored to local market and channel-specific requirements.
Monitor e-learning completion and engagement, actively proposing actions to improve completion rates and maximize learning impact.
Coaching & IntegrationContribute to the design and implementation of learning deployment plans to ensure readiness of employees transitioning into new roles, whether in-house or outsourced.
Establish coaching and mentoring initiatives to reinforce learning, support career development, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Equip people managers with coaching skills focused on on-the-job development tools, and drive the effective use of these tools to support performance and growth.
Secure full organizational buy-in for a coaching culture within the commercial organization, positioning coaching as a core enabler of capability building.
Build internal capability by training local champions or trainers through Train-the-Trainer sessions, enabling scalable deployment across channels, regions and teams.
Key Requirements
Native-level fluency in Romanian (written and spoken). Ability to evaluate and create content in RomanianProven experience in paid media campaign managementStrong understanding of the digital media landscape. Experience working with publishers and media partners.Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsPerformance-driven mindset with attention to detail and quality• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS OfficeAvailability for travelValid Category B driving license
