🔧 Your mission:
✔ Partner with sales teams and customers to create tailored solutions that fit diverse technical and business requirements.
✔ Manage the contract execution — from quote to cash — ensuring profitable operations and great customer experience.
🛠 What you’ll do:
At proposal stage:
🔹 Prepare and issue detailed technical and commercial proposals across various operational, technical and contractual contexts.
🔹 Identify and mitigate commercial, technical and operational risks.
🔹 Partner with sales managers or channel partners during bids and negotiations.
🔹 Lead technical clarifications and coordinate with internal departments.
🔹 Support contract review together with front-end sales and the legal team.
At project execution stage:
🔹 Take full responsibility for contract execution.
🔹 Manage the cross-functional project team assigned to contract execution.
🔹 Lead kick-off meetings and launch projects in our ERP system (including revenue phasing).
🔹 Handle project administration and proper filing in our electronic system.
🔹 Control budgets and project costs.
🔹 Negotiate Variations of Order when needed.
🔹 Gather and review contractual deliverables before submission to the customer.
🔹 Follow up on cash collection.
At project closing stage:
🔹 Provide operational and financial project analysis.
🔹 Collect customer feedback, assess and log customer satisfaction.
🔹 Share lessons learned and ensure corrective actions are implemented to drive continuous improvement.

👤 Your profile:
Master’s in Engineering, Commercial or Economics, +3 years’ sales or operations experience.
Strong commercial & interpersonal skills.
Precise, conscientious, solution-driven and proactive.
Fluent in French & English; other regional languages are a plus.
Comfortable with IT tools and ERP systems.
