We are currently seeking a senior level Commercial Operations Lead (COL) to join our Hungary Leadership Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our marketing and operations effort, driving change and innovation in Hungary.  

  

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead Country Commercial Operations Team 

Manage a diverse team consisting of marketers, customer support, and data scientists/analysts  Support the Managing Director in strategic commercial and organizational projects Enable stakeholders to facilitate business-critical connections and resolve issues promptly through execution excellence and data Partner with Business Unit Directors, Policy/Communications, Market Access, Compliance, Medical, Franchise Leads, and BCMs to develop and implement commercial strategic projects Promote agility and enhance efficiency and effectiveness through consistent working approaches to capitalize on opportunities and drive the organization's success Lead development and implementation of country meetings i.e. cycle meetings, regional exchange meetings, quarterly business reviews, L3Next, OKR reviews with country and region stakeholders Attract and retain talent, build capabilities, and create opportunities for talent movement and development 

 Lead Business Plan Development & Implementation: 

Set strategic guidance for L3NEXT business plans, marketing initiatives, track performance, and support country teams adjust plans as needed. Lead, harmonize and roll-out regional frameworks in country, define success metrics, and implement review meetings for critical initiatives e.g. OKRs across organization to identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with overall business goals. 

Budgeting and Forecasting: 

Lead, in collaboration with FP&A, the forecast process and alignment for the country teams Review and improve business cases, budgets, forecasts prepared by the teams  Maintain budget in line with company objectives, contributing to the profit plan and managing resources effectively.  

Support Implementation of Franchise Digital, Data & Innovation Strategy: 

Share guidance on optimizing marketing efforts with data-driven strategies and digital innovation across franchises Ensure and report country data metrics, analytics, and KPI assessments for digital initiatives Enable franchise teams to leverage customer data analytics to understand customer behavior, demand planning, and preferences and use these insights to shape marketing strategies and improve campaign performance. 

Sales Force Effectiveness, Learning and Development: 

Oversee the development and deployment of sales tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to enhance field force effectiveness. Provide leadership and guidance to improve sales force effectiveness sales teams, ensuring alignment with key commercial objectives Ensure alignment and implementation of regional or local learning and development initiatives 

Collaborate with MER, HHI & Global Teams: 

Align and coherently roll-out marketing strategies with the mid-Europe Region (MER), the Human Health International (HHI) team, and global teams to ensure consistent and coherent execution. Coordinate with different teams to ensure marketing materials and campaigns are aligned with brand identity, messaging and desired campaign outcomes. 

 

Establish and Maintain Strategic External Partnerships: 

Identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships to expand market reach and influence. Foster mutually beneficial partnerships that align with business objectives. 

  

Drive Change Management: 

Promote a culture of innovation, learning and continuous improvement across teams and countries. Encourage team members to think creatively, experiment and implement new ideas. 

  

Qualifications and skills: 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital strategies, or operations management within the biopharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry. 3+ years in a a people management role or related role Expertise in marketing strategies and execution. Experience in direct marketing, global product management, and event planning.Strong research, budgeting, and data analysis skills. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Proven leadership in strategic planning, innovation, and business acumen. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; demonstrated track record in talent development and strong networking capabilities. Enterprise Leadership Skills, especially: Strategic Planning, Business Savviness, Ownership and Accountibility, Innovation, Influence, DE&I Prior experience in a similar role with a country and/or regional scope. Familiarity with multiple franchises and their specific marketing strategies and trendsProficiency in multiple languages including English and Hungarian
