Commercial Operations Director

This position is overall responsible for China commercial operations including customer service, supply chain, and distributor management.  He/She will drive Governance, Compliance & Efficiency of Pall China commercial operations as per guidelines, ensure smooth operations and resolve any operational problems to improve customer satisfactions.

Overall commercial operations support to Sales function from Customer enquiries to order to delivery and Cash collection. Managed and direct customer service team and supply chain team to provide the professional support to the Sales Force and Achieve competitive efficiency & accuracy on day-to-day operation, including order fulfillment, account operation, customer complaint handling, master data maintenance, order and product forecasting, planning, internal purchasing, delivery escalation, process improvement and Project management.Manage all Supply chain & Logistics activities with regards to planning quantity/mix of production volumes, inventory management and contribute towards local and global process improvements, support the strategic imperatives in collaboration with operations work-flow, with special focus on operational agility and capacity planning. Work with operation to ensure that the quality standards and business controls are in place and Communicate system, policy and process changes.Provide supply chain & logistics leadership and maintain pro-active business partnerships, manage distribution center and import&export team to Establish effective, collaborative relationships with all internal business partners (Global Supply Chain other manufacturing facilities, external service providers and suppliers.)Set-up and optimize Process, Systems, and Resources in accordance with Pall policies and direction.  Address business needs with Programs (workflow/SOPs, tools, KPIs) developed with relevant functional teams and ensure their effectiveness by regular communication and feedback with Users and Stakeholders.Responsible to continuously improve & optimize channel management policy include selection criteria’s, partnership and scorecard to grant long term strategic goals of the company. Manages channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.Manage existing channel partner relationships in conjunction with the sales and sales leadership teams according to the set goals. Develop and evaluate for channel managements. Work with team to optimize channel management excellence aligned with business developing trend, brand, and sales strategies, and set clear priorities for team across channels.Raise gaps and improvements on commercial operations policies and procedures, discuss improvement solutions with partners and implement follow up actions to optimize overall procedure, Drive sales through creating and implementing added value proposals to drive growth in sales and improve distribution.Set up and optimize controlling tools to ensure proper implementation of policy and tools for efficient follow up with commercial operations team. Measure essential KPIs at organizational and individual level.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above in business or related experiences. MBA preferred.Minimum of 10 years’ relevant working experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities, including leadership role in the field of sales, customer service, service, supply chain or channel management.Delivering results, rigor in execution, sufficient organizational agility to quickly adapt to change and redirect resources effectively and appropriately.Ability to think strategically, with strong assessment and analytical skills.Effectively drive change by engaging others and getting buy-in through training and influenceExperience in developing teamwork as well as individual talent, able to build/manage a high performing working teamExcellent interpersonal, communication skills and customer service orientedProficient in both English and Mandarin in oral and writing.Sound business acumen and strong business driverHighly developed people management skills - ability to lead, manage and motivate by exampleWell organized, quick thinker, creativeResponds to deadlines and prioritiesResilient and persistentSelf-motivated, enthusiastic and positive (with “can do” attitude)
