Job Title: Commercial Operations Coordinator
Location: London, hybrid
Salary: £37k – £39k
Contract: Initially 3 months prior (Potentially Perm)

This is an exciting time to join our client as they go through a period of change, initially a 3-month contract with the potential to go permanent. Our client is looking for an experienced operations coordinator with strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering a high level of support. 

Key responsibilities:Scheduling & resource coordination, including scheduling courses, booking trainers and managing logistics on the day.Tracking enquiries and course related records on the CRM and SharePointReport key data to the commercial teams
About you:Strong operational delivery and coordination experience within a training or education context.Experience of managing CRM systems and booking platformsStrong financial processing literacy, raising PO’s and tracking invoicesSolid experience using Microsoft Office, SharePoint and platforms such as MS Teams
