**Job title:** Commercial Operations Assistant Manager **Your role:** + Analyze sales data and trends. Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of the sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity + Develops and tracks key performance indicators, and evaluates performance based on the sales quotas, while taking into consideration current economic conditions. + Help derive key strategic insights from the myriad data types + Reviews capital expenditure and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. + Performs regular analysis of expenses and budgets. + Evaluates pricing structures to ensure they fit with company objectives. + Effectively incorporates customers’ delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations. + Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses. + Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN + Behavioral: Daily demonstration of the highest level of Philips Leadership competencies and 4 behaviors **You're the right fit if:** + Philips Behaviors and Philips Competences + Strong analytic, quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills + Detail-oriented + Financial acumen + Functional knowledge of industry + SFDC / sales forecasting software + Strong oral and written communication skills + Able to deliver technical information in an easily + Certified LEAN Basic **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
