Career Description:  

The Commercial Operations Analyst will report to the VP of Commercial Operations in the region to support the frontline sales team. As a Commercial Operations Manager, your responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, market research, competitive analysis, planning, preparing presentations and sales process optimization. Ideal candidates will have Sales Operations experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  

Responsibilities:  

Implementing and executing salesforce reporting processes including developing reports, dashboards, and analytics around sales forecasting, pipeline and key performance metrics to drive company goals. Organizing sales data to support the teams in accurately reporting on sales forecasts, trends, opportunities, wins / losses, and competitive activities in the market. Coordinate and support weekly and monthly sales updates for executive reporting and input for quarterly business reviews. Apply data analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers. Support the development of sales operations strategy and initiatives, understand priorities, and execute. Support the development of presentations.  Ability to understand, create, and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate communication. Assist the Commercial Operations leaders in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to implement processes backed by data to improve the sales team’s performance. Identify, plan, and execute physical events, virtual events, and webinars as appropriate for the countries and region. Develop event and speaker materials in tandem with the Marketing team. Develop, implement, and manage a variety of marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of our company within the countries and regions you are supporting. Manage the expense and budget of campaigns. Assist with on-boarding of new sales representatives.  Assist in ad-hoc reporting and presentations, including business reviews and management presentations. 

Skills: 

Proficiency in SalesForce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Applications. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently, within teams, and cross-functionally with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation). BA/BS degree in a technical or business-oriented field. 3-5 years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in sales operations, business analyst role, or process improvement. Comfortable working across time-zones and communicating with different cultures across the globe.
