Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and intentional Commercial Mid-Market Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK market. This is a field role with an incredible opportunity to make an impact as the business is booming around AI. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of 150 accounts, employing a programmatic and structured approach to drive NetApp-led initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of MEDDICC (CE, SE) methodologies, value-based selling, and achieving business outcomes through long-term account management and upskilling.
Job Requirements Manage and nurture a portfolio of 150 mid-market accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction. Maintain a 100% IB touch rate in Q1, ensuring consistent and proactive communication with all accounts. Hunt for new logos, aiming for 3 new business meetings (NBM) per week. Implement a programmatic and structured approach to account management, ensuring alignment with NetApp-led initiatives. Utilize MEDDICC (CE, SE) methodologies for client engagement and sales processes. Focus on selling value and business outcomes to clients, aligning solutions with their business objectives. Achieve weekly pipeline generation targets of +£250K and maintain a pipeline coverage of 4x. Ensure SPARK hygiene and forecast accuracy in all sales activities. Conduct 3 field visits per week to engage with clients and prospects. Participate in weekly training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Education Proven experience in account management and new business development within the mid-market sector. Strong understanding of MEDDICC (CE, SE) methodologies. Demonstrated ability to sell value and business outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
