Job Purpose Works with Regional Product Marketing Manager to develop and implement PCU strategies with related key tactical actions by translating segment strategies, market research, and customer requirements Leads Commercial marketing activities which enable the execution of the regional segment initiatives and plans Key Responsibilities

 

• Analyses market data and generates Market Insights to support/identify key segment opportunities including inputs to the Stage gate process

• Researches and analyses customers to fit with segment and regional strategies

• Works with the sales teams tracking projects and customers through CRM

• Analyses, researches and maintains data about local competitors, in conjunction with sales to better understand our competitive advantage

• Works with the Regional Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic PCU plans

• Liaises with the sales team to develop, in coordination with BU Marketing Communications team, relevant marketing campaigns which support the execution of the regional Market Segment tactical plan

• Identifies key sales activity for the region and participates in key trade shows and customer events. Creates presentations and scripts and co-ordinates the correct personnel

• Supports the management of brand positioning and brand architecture within guidelines

• With the support of the BU Marketing Communications team, develops and executes communication plan for the region

• Facilitates the creation and execution of marketing promotion plans for new product launches (non-PR related aspects) including sales tools, ensuring they comply with brand guidelines

• Supports Marketing and Sales Excellence initiatives in the region

• Management of content and analysis of activity for regional digital tools

• Be familiar with all applicable corporate and site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE standards and always in compliance with all applicable regulations

Experience and Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of sales/marketing or business management experience (MBA preferred)

• Ideally solid experience in marketing with diversity of experience within various areas of marketing

• Ability to lead a diverse, cross-divisional network to achieve business results

• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and develop appropriate plans and relationships that deliver results within a diverse and challenging business climate

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills

Rewards & Benefits

Base salary range for this role is: $120,000 to $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
