** This is not a remote position. T-Mobile is a hybrid work environment requiring work in the office three (3) days per week. The successful candidate will be located in the greater Seattle, Washington area.**

The Commercial Marketing Manager – Offers Management at T-Mobile is a key contributor to driving customer acquisition and business growth through the development and execution of compelling offers within the Postpaid portfolio. This role requires a strategic and analytical marketer with strong business acumen, and the ability to translate customer and competitive insights into high-impact promotional strategies. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of device offers—including planning, go-to-market execution, and in-market optimization—while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to ensure operational feasibility and business performance. This position demands a results-driven self-starter capable of navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Success in this role requires a strong blend of cross-functional leadership and go-to-market execution

Responsibilities:

Manage the offers/promotions strategy, execution, and optimization for consumer postpaid acquisition, including competitive scenario planningDrive cross-functional execution with partners in Finance, Supply Chain, OEMs, Marketing, GTM, Retail, care, operations, digitally connected, etc.Partner with Strategic Planning team to build offer concepts for consumer researchInfluence ranging and planning of device portfolio to meet consumer needs and market opportunitiesProvide strategic recommendations on device offers, programs and lifecycle management to capture wireless switchersLead device offer business performance including tracking of results, and development of contingenciesCreate and present weekly materials and performance updates to cross functional partners & leaders.Other special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred3–5 years of experience in consumer marketing, telecommunications, digital, or related industriesDemonstrated success in developing and launching large scale acquisition marketing strategies and offersAnalytical and financial savvy; ability to derive insights from complex dataExcellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional influence skillsExperience working with diverse teams across Finance, Product, Digital, and Supply ChainProven ability to lead through ambiguity in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsProficiency in storytelling through data and building executive-level narrativesStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Base Pay Range: $84,200 - $151,900

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
