Your key responsibilities • Formulation ,approval, and excutiom of pricing strategies • Management of promotions, rebates, distributor agreements, and annual strategy customers contracts. • Close collaboration with the sales team to achieve budgetd salws and profit targets • Effective communiation with various department to ensure smooth business process • Prepation of relevant commerial and sales reports • Oversiht of commercial SOPs. You bring • Bachelor degree in science, Finance, animal science,animal Vet or business management related.MBA is desired. • Knowledge of feed and animal markets as well as Feed Additive and feed premix business in China • Excellent sales track record, Data analysis ability and familiarity with relevant systems of SAP/NWP/IBP • Strong leadership,managerial,strategic thinking,negotiation and problem solving skill with good key account management skill. • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of sales or commercial or business management field, preferably within the associated industry/market. • Good English and Mandarian level dsm-firmenich is fully dedicated to inclusion because when people feel engaged and empowered, their creativity and innovation drives unprecedented progress.
