We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Post-Signature Commercial Manager to oversee and manage contracts after execution. This role ensures that contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and relationships with stakeholders are maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong contract lifecycle management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive compliance and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Compliance & Governance
\tMonitor and enforce compliance with contract terms and conditions.\tMaintain contract databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.\tDevelop and implement post-signature contract management policies and best practices.
Performance & Risk Management
\tTrack key contract deliverables, obligations, and milestones.\tIdentify, assess, and mitigate contract risks.\tEnsure timely renewals, amendments, and terminations as needed.\tWork with internal teams to resolve contract disputes or performance issues.Stakeholder & Relationship Management
\tServe as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries.\tCoordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and operational teams to ensure contract adherence.\tFacilitate contract review meetings with customer, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.Technology & Reporting
\tUtilize contract management software for tracking and analytics.\tGenerate regular reports on contract performance, risks, and compliance status.\tIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
What experience you'll bring: \tExperienced in contract management, procurement, legal, or a related field.\tStrong knowledge of contract lifecycle management principles.\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.\tHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.\tExperience working with legal, delivery and compliance teams.
