Your Role
Sales results and inventory: Ensure achievement of sales targets and maintain appropriate inventory levels at distributors in line with company goals.Commercial strategy and pricing: Implement pricing policies and develop commercial strategies to drive profitability and market competitiveness.Distributor management: Evaluate, select, and manage distributors while ensuring ethical practices, policy compliance, and commercial performance.Strategic negotiations:Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with distributors and major pharmacy chains in the region.Internal collaboration and finance: Collaborate with Finance to manage customer portfolios, plan orders, and resolve administrative issues affecting cash flow.Commercial leadership and coverage: Lead the pharmacy KAE team to execute plans, ensure presence at key sales points, and maintain product availability.
Who you Are
5 to 10 years of experience in commercial roles within pharmaceuticals.Degree in business administration or industrial engineering.Fluent in English.Proven ability to collaborate and resolve team conflicts.Result-oriented with prompt action to meet customer needs.Strong ethical values, adhering to company policies.Knowledge of Central American pharmaceutical markets.Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key customers.Experience in developing strategic plans for key pharmacy chains.Understanding of supply chain concepts in market distribution.
