ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Builds a comprehensive strategy and sales plan that map out a clear route to hitting company goals.Completing management reports on time essential.Preparing Sales Budget and Forecast.Assesses and manages sales funnel to drive forecast and planning accuracy.Being aware of applicable company KPIs and business plan.Provides focused training and sales development sales team.Develops and maintains high impact relationships with key customers and sales partners in the region, to protect and grow business.Develops market share together with established KOLDrives increased effectiveness and efficiency through value selling and Voice of Customer initiativesBuilds and maintain strategic relationships through regular participation in events, travel to customers, sales ride-along, educational events etc.EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:Academic background, BS/BA, ideally from business, Eng. or sciences.Minimum 5 years people management responsibility in sales management position.Strong track record and minimum 10 years in a business-to-customers selling environment, preferably in the dental industryDriving improved sales efficiency through the rigorous use of sales management toolsStrong ability in strategic and analytic thinking.Takes initiative / proactiveStrong results-orientation, highly organized and able to prioritize.Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups.Excellent communication skills combined with a high customer and service orientation as well as strong relationship building and management skills.Be used to working in an international environment.Good command of EnglishTravel: 30% of the timeOperating Company:
