This position is full time, direct hire and on-site 5-days a week (37.5 hours). Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly reliable Commercial Logistics Vault Associate to join our logistics team in Long Island City. This is a full-time, on-site position working hands-on with physical inventory in a quiet, enclosed space. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks with precision and consistency. Responsibilities: * Follow established SOPs for all vault and inventory activities * Maintain department organization and ensure security of inventory * Accurately sort, pick, and put away inventory based on procedural guidelines * Perform cycle counts and full inventory checks * Process inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation and parcel handling * Assemble packing materials, toolkits, and booklets as needed * Support reverse logistics and inventory adjustments * Collaborate across departments including Finance, Planning, and Forecasting * Assist with D365 system updates and inventory transfers between locations * Ensure paperwork accuracy and maintain clean, organized workspaces in line with 5S standards
