Commercial Loan Servicing Representative

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative in Collateral Lien Management as part of Wholesale Lending Operations division. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

This position will be responsible for performing collateral perfection reviews. This review involves intake and onboarding as well as servicing and monitoring different types of collateral.


In this role, you will:

Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needsMonitor loan system and resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions onlinePerform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational and customer support tasksAct as primary loan servicing contact that involve construction monitoring and disbursementsMonitor collateral and preparing payoff letters, releasing collateralAudit loan systems of record for new loan setups, modifications and data input, and customer research and billingReceive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individualsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leadersExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of Loan IQ, AFS and/or E-TracReal Estate and UCC Article 9 experienceKnowledge and understanding of loan documentationExperience with reviewing title policies and real estate collateralAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications and utilize search tools to find informationExceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environmentExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to embrace and adapt to changeEffective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skillsSound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, & Outlook)
