Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Seattle. In this role, you will provide critical support in litigation cases and trial preparation, utilizing your expertise in legal research and case management. You will work closely with attorneys and clients, ensuring all legal documentation and processes are handled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation cases. • Assist in the preparation and organization of trial materials, including exhibits and evidence. • Manage electronic discovery tools such as Relativity to organize and analyze case data. • Coordinate pre-trial activities, including scheduling and communication with witnesses. • Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and provide administrative support. • Monitor deadlines and manage case calendars to ensure timely filing and submissions. • Maintain organized case files and documentation for easy access during litigation. • Provide support during trials, including document retrieval and logistical coordination.
