A highly successful boutique law firm focused on construction and business litigation is seeking multiple Associate Attorneys to join its team. The firm represents a wide array of clients within the construction industry, including owners, contractors, design professionals, and developers. Matters handled include commercial litigation, payment disputes, employment claims, OSHA violations, bid protests, and other business litigation.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
+ Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
+ Conduct legal research and case analysis
+ Handle discovery, including preparation and responses
+ Take and defend depositions
+ Communicate directly with clients
+ Attend court hearings and proceedings
Qualifications:
+ Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
+ Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills
+ Strong interpersonal and client-relations abilities
+ Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
+ Experience in construction law preferred, but not required
