This growing litigation practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with strong real estate and construction litigation experience to join their Austin office. About the Role: We're looking for an attorney who can hit the ground running . This is a key hire aimed at someone looking at being hands-on in managing complex cases and mentoring junior associates. Our litigation portfolio is real estate-heavy, with matters that include: Landlord-tenant disputes Partition claims Buyer-seller conflicts Partnership disputes involving property development Construction litigation If you have experience in these areas - and particularly if your background reflects both real estate and construction litigation - this role was made for you.
