Commercial Lines Account Executive

This is a hybrid opportunity and this role requires onsite in-office presence approximately 1 to 3 days per week at either our New York, NY or Berkeley Heights, NJ office locations.

We are a respected and growing insurance agency with specialized expertise in commercial lines, particularly in serving religious institutions. Our team is known for its client-focused service, attention to detail, and supportive, collaborative culture. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team.

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and service-oriented Commercial Lines Account Executive to handle processing and servicing for a book of commercial business, with a focus on religious institutions such as churches, synagogues, and other faith-based organizations. This is a processing position focused on day-to-day account management and client support.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage and process renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, and policy changesMaintain strong relationships with clients and carriers, delivering responsive and accurate serviceHandle a range of coverages including General Liability, Property, Auto, Workers Comp, Umbrella, and Directors & Officers liabilityProvide guidance to clients on coverage and documentation needsMaintain thorough documentation and client records in the agency management systemEnsure all tasks are completed in line with agency and carrier standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience working with or servicing religious institutions preferredIn-depth knowledge of key commercial coveragesActive Property & Casualty license requiredStrong attention to detail, follow-through, and client service skillsExperience with agency management systems such as AMS360 or Epic is a plus

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $84,200 - $118,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
