What You’ll Do
Coordinate and execute surety bond transactions across CanadaCommunicate directly with clients and insurers, delivering prompt, professional responses to inquiriesMaintain accurate, up-to-date client documentation using our internal systems (EPIC)Set up electronic files and manage data integrity across platformsSupport Account Managers with administrative and client service tasksKeep our workflows on track with adequate follow-up and abeyance systemsJump in where needed, collaboration and adaptability are keyWhat You’ll Need for Success
2+ years of administrative or client service experience, preferably in insuranceRIBO license is a strong asset; if you don’t have it yet, we’ll support you in getting itBonus points for prior surety or commercial insurance knowledgeTech-savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and digital platformsYou’re obsessed with details and catch the small things that make a big differenceStellar time management and organizational skillsYou’re a great communicator: confident in both written and verbal interaction.sTeam player with a proactive, customer-first mindsetCurious and eager to learn, and you’re not afraid to ask questions or pitch inElevate Your Career with HUB International
