Our division focuses on Measurement Control and Sample Identification, Production, Process and Analytics, and Environmental and Process Monitoring. **Position Summary:** This role, reporting to the VP/General Manager of Korea, plays a pivotal role in leading the Chemical Analysis Division (CAD) 's commercial organization in Korea, driving profitable organic growth of its revenue through One Thermo Fisher value proposition. As a Director, you will be responsible for expanding the business through the development and execution of a localized strategy based on the deep external market analysis in alignment with the global division and BUs’ strategy. Your focus will be on optimizing profitability, capturing market share serving customers across categories like Energy & Industrial, Pharma, Environment, Safety and Security and Food & Beverage. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead CAD Korea's commercial operations with full P&L responsibility + Develop and implement business strategies to meet revenue, market share, and profit targets + Collaborate closely with the Clean Energy team and the Industry KAM team to drive business development + Optimize go-to-market strategies and manage key accounts + Coordinate new product introductions and marketing initiatives + Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Thermo Fisher's code of conduct **Qualifications:** + 15+ years in the analytical instruments industry, with 5+ years in sales and strategic marketing leadership positions for sizable businesses + Experiences of business development or key account management in the battery or semiconductor industries are plus + Proven track record in developing and completing business strategies + Strong relationship-building skills with high-level customers and internal collaborators + Dedication to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion + Demonstrated responsibility for safety, security, and compliance **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%) + Capability to work in a dynamic office environment Thermo Fisher Scientific is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.
