Job Summary:

This team member will responsible not only for traditional admin functions, such as ordering supplies, processing mail and organizing events, but also for assisting 3 Large and 1 Small Commercial Account Managers and Servicers with a wide range of complex, client-facing tasks, including:

Communicating with clients and carriers to process change requests.

Processing endorsements.

Preparing proposals and requests for renewal information.

Preparing and issuance of Certificates of Insurance and Evidence’s of Insurance.

Checking renewal policies and sending policies to clients.

Managing a significant portfolio of commercial and personal lines accounts.

Processing audits.

Requirements:

2+ years of insurance experience servicing commercial accounts in an agency/broker setting.P&C License.
