Commercial Insights Senior Manager CEE

Based:  everywhere within Molson Coors’s locations in Central &Eastern Europe (CEE)

Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia

The purpose of this position is to lead the business to better understand its Consumer, Customers, Categories and wider business environment to reach objectives, build sustainable long-term strategies, identify opportunities, establish strong strategic partnerships and world-class activations. Commercial Insights Sr. Manager position is about contributing to company success by applying knowledge of all category’s best practices and customer /consumer insights against objectives, strategies, and opportunities. This role is also for responsible for gathering and analyzing all different market lenses (competition, shopper, consumer, customers, substitutes, corporate affairs, etc.) and subsequently launching innovative initiatives.

 

 

What you will do:

 

Lead the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative consumers, customer & shopper research regional initiatives to guide and inspire strong long-term brand, portfolio, customer, channel, and category strategies

 

Translate clear results of consumer, customer, category, channel, shoppers, trends etc. analysis into strategic recommendations for key stakeholders, (Sales, Marketing, Com Ex) allowing them to plan concrete activities to achieve strategic priorities

 

Follow insight processes across region to ensure research, data and analysis are properly planned. Develop and maintain consumer, customer, category & channel metrics, to understand long term trends, needs, shopper behavior, lifecycle, and segments using multiple data sources.

 

Looking for macro trend data (e.g., population, demographic, attitudinal, behavioral) to anticipate implications and opportunities. Effectively transfer all collected data, research, knowledge to valuable and comprehensive insights that can be used for defining strategy in AOP/LRP process and to evaluate current status and company position on CEE market.

 

Together with Category, Insight, and Innovation Director CEE and in a collaboration with other regional functions (procurement, finance, legal, etc.) negotiate new insights buying as always looking for insight budget spend efficiency.

 

 

You need us, if you:

Have 5+ years of experience in Commercial roles with focus on insights (FCMG industry)             have university degree are experienced in working with Insight’s agencies as well as with questionnaire and survey design have excellent command in English - both verbal and written demonstrate strategic and conceptual thinking have strong change management, influencing and people management skills. know how to solve problems effectively and own a proactive mindset and understanding of FMCG business and beverages industry have advanced analytical, project management, communication, and presentation skills
