Competitive Compensation & Benefits

Your Role as a Commercial HVAC Technician
As a key member of our San Antonio team, you’ll ensure our clients’ HVAC systems run smoothly. Your responsibilities include: Performing maintenance, repairs, and equipment changeouts on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Servicing and installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and ice machines Conducting preventative maintenance and recommending repairs to reduce downtime Troubleshooting and assessing HVAC systems for optimal performance Responding promptly to emergency service requests Collaborating with dispatchers and supervisors for seamless operations Adhering to safety standards and completing accurate, timely paperwork Delivering exceptional customer service with minimal supervisionTools & Support Provided
Fully stocked company service van Company-issued iPad and iPhone Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Qualifications
Experience: 3–6 years in commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Certifications: EPA Certification required; HVAC Journeyman license preferredPhysical Requirements:
Climb/descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs. Lift up to 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics) Wear required PPEAdditional Requirements:
Flexibility for overtime and occasional travel for training or client visits Ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks Meet enhanced security clearance requirementsSkills & Abilities
Expertise in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems Proficiency in preventative maintenance and repair recommendations Familiarity with light commercial equipment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience with industry software is a plusWhy San Antonio, TX?
