Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Manager 
Mon - Fri, 7:30 A - 5:30 PM with overtime as needed
Pay Rate:  Depends on Experience

Responsibilities will include:

Develop accurate and competitive estimates for new and existing commercial HVAC systems, using industry-standard software. Work closely with internal and external customers to understand project requirements, identify opportunities, and develop optimal solutions. Design efficient and cost-effective HVAC systems, considering factors such as building size, budget, and energy efficiency. Manage all aspects of commercial HVAC projects, from initial proposal to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, technicians, and installers, to ensure smooth project execution. Proactively manage project timelines and budgets, keeping stakeholders informed of any potential issues or changes. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best materials and equipment at competitive prices.

Requirements: 

5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC estimating and project management. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including design principles, equipment selection, and installation practices. Proficiency in estimating software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.  Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. Ideal candidate will have EPA 608 certification, Iowa Journey person/Master Mechanical License.
