**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Manage global CRM system (Salesforce.com, PowerBI, Qlikview), support sales force effectively and efficiency on database management.
+ Manage data sources and update master data.
+ Develop the internal system to integrated data (Sales data and CRM data) to track effectively activities on sales and identify opportunities for improving FF productivity via new IT solutions
+ Design and provide standard reports, (e.g. daily/monthly sales report, territory deployment and SFE KPIs, etc.) or data/reports as per request.
+ Co-ordinate with SFE team and work with field force team to ensure alignment and effective execution and operation.
+ Work with other departments to fulfil their ad-hoc demands related to the sales data and Sales Force performance data.
+ Perform the routine back up process and make sure all the backed-up data able to recovery from the storage device
+ Work with global vendor to handle the mass update in the CRM system as well as maximize its capacity.
**MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
+ 2-3 years’ experience in system management of pharma/nutrition/FMCG/consulting industries
+ Coding experience in Visual Studio, C#
+ Be good at MS SQL
+ Be good at MS Office
+ Be good at analytical skills
+ Be able to plan and organize
+ Can coordinate with stakeholders well
+ Good communication, being familiar with presentation, facilitation
+ Be good at problem solving.
+ Standard level of English communication.
+ Has knowledge of SFE concepts
**MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology or equivalent
