At Hiab, we’re looking for a Manager, Commercial Excellence (CE) - CRM, CPQ to help us elevate our global sales performance across six business divisions. In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with sales leaders and frontline teams to shape strategy, optimize processes, and implement tools that accelerate growth. This position will be based in Helsinki, Finland.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Lead initiatives to drive CRM adoption across the organization, ensuring its effective use to optimize sales processes and support Hiab’s growth objectives.
Define and prioritize CRM system development initiatives based on business needs defined by company strategy, input from frontline sales teams, requirements from divisions.
Primary point of contact for frontline managers and divisions on CRM-related questions & training related to sales management and commercial reporting.
Define and prioritize customer master data requirements, overseeing key decisions on system enhancements and mass updates to ensure data reliability, consistency, and alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
Lead CPQ change management for the CSCs (Customer Service Center) implementation, managing rollout activities, ensuring smooth adoption, and driving continuous improvement by gathering feedback, addressing issues, and aligning stakeholders to optimize the solution post-launch.
Design, create and maintain the data model, access management, and data quality for pipeline and other transactional CRM data in CRM Analytics, ensuring data reliability, consistency, and alignment with financial reporting.
Create and maintain Sales Activity dashboards divisions & front line sales teams to enable data-driven sales management & better demand forecasting.
Create and maintain CRM & CPQ adoption KPIs and dashboards to monitor system usage and identify areas for improvement, ensuring the optimal utilization of CRM & CPQ tools.
Create & maintain performance reporting for customer master data quality
What you’ll need to succeed
Experienced in change management and project management in commercial operations
5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or CRM/CPQ management
Strong expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics) and CPQ tools, including implementation and management
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership
Ability to align initiatives with business goals and develop strategies for sales process improvement and growth
Proficiency in handling complex data sets and utilizing data analytics platforms, visualization tools, and modern reporting solutions
Effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including sales teams and senior leadership
Deep understanding of sales and marketing needs, ensuring solutions are user-centric and drive measurable outcomes
A proactive and hands-on approach to identifying and addressing challenges in sales processes and CRM/CPQ adoption
