**We are searching for the best talent for** **a Commercial Excellence Junior Analyst** **to be in Santiago de Chile, Chile**
**Puropse:** In this role, the analyst will be responsible for supporting the Bids Backoffice team with critical business tasks, such as
managing contracts and direct agreements, managing guarantees, controlling fines, supervising contracts in internal
systems, and tracking backoffice processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Contracts: Send the contracts to the legal department for review along with the exemption resolution, bases, and guarantee bond. Follow up on the process, coordinate the signing by the legal representatives, send the contracts to the respective center, and ensure their return with both signatures.
+ Guarantee Bond Requests: Enter tickets in the Emarketplace, coordinate with the R2P team and the courier, and ensure the delivery of the bonds to the various centers.
+ Fines: Receive fines, notify the respective franchises, validate the accuracy of the fine, manage the payment through the Emarketplace, and notify I2C once the payment has been made.
+ Promote effective relationships with partners and other collaborators, ensuring smooth and collaborative communication. Additionally, coordinate the processing and management of documentation, such as requests, authorizations, and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
+ Perform weekly registration and control of new transactions in the public sector and those pending customer documentation, ensuring proper management and accurate backups in the internal systems CH.
+ Create and maintain periodic reports to monitor and notify about tenders and procurement processes, including the generation and tracking of KPIs related to the activities of the Bids team.
**Qualifications:**
+ At least 1-2 years of experience in Public Scetor, bids, contracts and relationship with banks.
+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
+ Proactive.
+ Organized.
+ Process Oriented.
+ Microsoft Platform experience.
