Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/ . **Responsibilities:** + Hours: 5x8, Monday - Friday, 40 hours + Install electrical fixtures, outlets, and switches. + Set up and connect circuit breakers, panels, transformers, and other electrical systems. + Install grounding systems to ensure safety and compliance with electrical standards. + Ensure proper bonding of electrical components to prevent electrical hazards. + Use tools such as conduit benders to shape and install conduits. + Secure conduits and ensure proper alignment to safeguard wiring. + Pull electrical wire through conduits, walls, and other pathways. + Organize and route wiring to meet project specifications and ensure compliance with electrical codes. + Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes. **Qualifications:** + Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. + Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes. + Skilled in testing electrical systems and components using tools like multimeters, circuit testers, and other diagnostic equipment. + Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions efficiently. + Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and the ability to adhere to job site safety protocols. + Familiarity with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). + Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized electrical tools such as wire strippers, conduit benders, and voltage testers. + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation + Prior experience in the commercial field required TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
